Definitions and Interpretation

In this policy the following definitions are used:

we, us, our, or clinic – Beauchamp Aesthetics
you or client – Anyone that engages with Beauchamp Aesthetics

Introduction

This policy is an agreement between you, the client, and Beauchamp Aesthetics.

These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Beauchamp Aesthetics to you, the Client. By engaging with Beauchamp Aesthetics, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Please read all these terms and conditions carefully.

Bookings and Payment

All appointments including consultations must be booked in advance.
Consultations are free of charge.
Payment must be made in full at the time of treatment.
All appointments are subject to our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
Accepted methods of payment are debit cards, credit cards and bank transfers.
Refunds are not issued once treatment has begun or has been completed.
Prices may change without prior notice, but any existing bookings are unaffected.

Appointments

Clients must be at least 18 years old.
All treatments are subject to an initial consultation to assess suitability.
The Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if we deem it medically unsuitable, unsafe or is not in the best interest of the Client.
- The Clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if a Client is unwilling to:
- Complete and sign consent forms
- Provide accurate and complete medical history, including allergies, medications, and past procedures
- Allow before and after photographs to be taken and stored.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask that you let us know at least 48-hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for their appointment, to allow sufficient time for the treatment to be completed. If you arrive with insufficient time to complete your treatment, we reserve the right to cancel the appointment, resulting in the loss of your deposit.

Result

The quality and longevity of results are individual and can vary based on many factors. such as age, genetics, skin type, skin care, lifestyle. During the consultation process, expected outcomes will be discussed. Results cannot be guaranteed.
Some treatments will require multiple sessions and/or a combination of different treatment types to achieve the desired results or longer-term effectiveness.
Clients must provide accurate and complete medical history, including allergies, medications, and past procedures. Clients must also carefully follow any aftercare instructions that are provided by the Clinic. Failure to do so may impact on the quality and longevity of the results, have adverse effects or cause complications.

Liability

It is the responsibility of the Client to ensure that any information available through this website or products and services requested, meet the specific requirements of the Client.
The Client acknowledges and accepts that all treatments carry inherent risks, which will be discussed during the consultation, and that no treatment is entirely risk-free.
The Clinic is not liable for the quality of and longevity of results due to individual factors, such as age, genetics, skin type, skin care and lifestyle.
The Clinic is not liable for the quality and longevity of results, adverse effects or complications arising from:
- The Client failing to provide accurate and complete medical history, including allergies, medications, and past procedures
- The Client failing to carefully follow any aftercare instructions that are provided.
- Anything else that the Clinic was not aware of, or not reasonably able to directly control.
In the rare event of an adverse effect or complication, the Client must report the issue as soon as it arises to the Clinic. The Clinic will assess the situation and may recommend further treatment or medical intervention where necessary.
The Clinic has appropriate professional insurance and reserves the right to assess any claims on a case-by-case basis.
The Clinic takes reasonable precautions to ensure safe and effective treatments, using evidence-based medical practices. Beauchamp Aesthetics is not responsible for any financial loss or, inconvenience incurred due to treatment outcomes, except in cases of proven negligence.

Complaints

We strive to deliver exceptional services and care and take complaints seriously.

As soon as a client has a concern, they should contact the Clinic at info@beauchampaesthetics.co.uk and provide full details, so we are able to investigate and respond.
